Ah, my first venue into the world of the internet ^_^...
I began writing fanfiction back in late 1992 during my first
year at Texas A&M University, after reading a ton of them
on the net (before it was really a "net") and figuring to myself "Hey,
why can't I do something like this?  It looks fun!". Thus, I got
started on my exciting short-term claim to fame, mainly basing
my stories of my favorite anime at the time Ranma 1/2 and one
on my other fave Bubble Gum Crisis (ah, remember the old days,
when anime was an underground thing?) and assuming the net-
handle BENARES.

It's been a number of years since I last wrote a fanfic
(my last one was "Ukyou : Stepping Stones" in 1994),
and with my nasty schedule I doubt I'll be writing any more
any time soon, though I am attempting to get a little more
professional (see the Pandora's Box section in the below menu).
In the meantime, feel free to browse the fanfics below, shown
as they originally were written, complete with totally
outdated author's notes!  Enjoy ^_^!
